Returns and refunds policy

At Au Chat d'Argile, based in Waterloo, Belgium, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional experience, while maintaining a clear and fair refund policy. Our refund policy for courses and workshops (excluding Wecandoo) is as follows:

1. Cancellation of courses and workshops (excluding Wecandoo) :
   • If a course or workshop is booked and then cancelled less than 72 hours before it is due to start, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund.
   • If the cancellation is made within an appropriate period of time, i.e. more than 72 hours before the start of the course or workshop, we will do our best to reschedule your participation to a later date, subject to availability. However, please note that a refund will not be possible in this situation.
2. Exceptions:
   • Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify our policy in response to specific situations.
3. Cancellation procedure :
   • To cancel your participation in a course or workshop, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. Please include your name, booking details and reason for cancellation.
